    Howdy! My name is Cheryl Wegner, and I'm President this year of the San Diego Unit of Backcountry Horsemen of California. Welcome to our Website! Please browse around to see what we're about.     What's best about our unit?

    Perhaps the best thing about the San Diego Unit is that we're blessed with being located in San Diego County! We've got the weather, we've got lots of wonderful equestrian trails and facilities, and we've got lots of horses, mules, and their people who love trails, the outdoors, and our backcountry.
